Black Goji Berry Chia Pudding


INGREDIENTS
For Chia Pudding
1 cup coconut milk
1-2 tbsp Incas Black Goji Berry Powder
1⁄4 cup chia seeds
1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract

For Banana Nicecream
3 frozen ripe bananas
1 tbsp coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

For Chia Pudding
1. Warm the coconut milk using stove or microwave.
2. Combine warm coconut milk, Incas Black Goji Berry Powder, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a bowl.
3.  Whisk everything together until ingredients are combined and let it sit for 20 minutes.

For Banana Nicecream
1. Blend frozen bananas and coconut milk together.
