- 1 tbsp Incas Butterfly Pea Flowers
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- Bring water to boil and add butterfly pea flowers.
- Steep for 5 minutes until the water turns blue.
- Strain the butterfly pea tea over a strainer into a bowl and discard the flowers.
- Add milk, condensed milk and ice to a tall glass. Pour the blue tea into the glass.
