All our products are 100% certified organic, with zero additives and preservatives. All the products have Phytosanitary and Health Certifications to guarantee that they contain no heavy metals or toxins. We carefully source our products from sustainable and trusted farms from all over the world. All our ingredients are of the highest quality.

All Incas products have a 2 year shelf life from the manufacturing date, except for our Freeze-Dried Pink Pitaya Powder, which has a 1 year shelf life.  Refrigeration is not required but we recommend you to keep the products away from sunlight and keep them in a cool and dry place to prevent any moisture in the products.

Yes! Our products are 100% natural and vegan. Our professing facility ensures that all of our products are free of all common allergens, including wheat, gluten, diary, peanut, tree nut and soy.

Yes! In fact, our superfood products are 100% organic and are suitable for all ages. Our products are actually a great way for children to get additional nutrients and colors in their foods. Parents can use the colorful powders to create exciting breakfasts and foods including pink pancakes, blue lemonade or purple oatmeal for their children!

SHIPPING
We ship to all countries worldwide.

FREE SHIPPING
Is available in Bangkok and nearby provinces (Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn and Pathumthani) if you spend 1,000 Baht or more with next-day delivery. Tracking services are provided.

There are two shipping options in Thailand that are available:

Alpha Fast (Bangkok and nearby provinces only) - flat rate of 45 Baht with guaranteed next-day delivery if you order before 12.00 pm local time with tracking number provided.

Thailand Post/EMS (all other regions in Thailand) - shipping rates will be calculated at checkout with tracking number provided. Delivery time is 2-4 business days.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
There are currently two shipping options available worldwide, DHL Express and DHL Standard (E-Commerce). 

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Note that there may be additional charges for international shipments. These additions are decided by your country’s local customs office, and include charges such as clearance fees, customs duty, good and services tax (GST) and other taxes. We (Incas) have no control over these charges, and we always recommend that you contact your local post office/authorities/customs if you are unsure about what local fees might be added to your order.

How long will my order take?

Delivery times depend on the country and shipping option you choose.

For the Express option, products are delivered, door to door, within 3-10 business days.

For the Standard option (E-Commerce), door to door delivery times are as follows:

Asia Pacific: 7-10 business days

Western Europe: 9-12 business days

USA and North America: 12-14 business days

Rest of the World: 14-21 business days

If the order is placed on a Friday afternoon, 12.00 pm or later (GMT+7) or during a weekend, it will ship out Monday. In the unlikely event of you not receiving your order within this time or have any questions about your order, please contact customerservice@incasfoods.com. We will be happy to help you figure out when your order will be delivered.

Once your order is received, we will dispatch your parcel within 24 hours and you will receive an email to notify you when your item has left our shipping facility.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Incas maintains the following return policy for all the products on our website.


Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
Your product is damaged
Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
If you wish to return your product, please send us an email at customerservice@incasfoods.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We offer secure and fast payments with Paypal, Credit Card payments using Omise and Internet Banking (for customers located in Thailand only) at checkout.
Our website is 100% verified and all transaction and customer information is securely encrypted using SSL encryption technology.
